Leapers is run by Foxlark Strategy Limited, which is the data controller for this survey. Foxlark Strategy Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 11158823.
We collect your answers to the survey questions and nothing else. We don’t ask for your name, email address or any contact details.
Some questions cover personal topics, like your mental health, ethnicity, caring responsibilities and income. Every one of these has a “Prefer not to say” option. You can skip anything you’re not comfortable answering.
We don’t collect anything that identifies you, so we can’t link any answer back to you.
We use them for one thing: our annual open report on freelancer mental health. We only publish combined findings, never individual responses. We don’t share raw responses with anyone, including partners, sponsors or government. We don’t sell them, and we don’t use them for marketing.
We keep the anonymous responses indefinitely. This lets us track how freelancer mental health changes from year to year.
Responses are collected and stored by Tally, our form provider. Tally is based in the EU and processes the data on our behalf.
Taking part is voluntary, and you can stop at any time. Your answers are saved as you go, so if you leave partway through, the answers you’ve already given may still be included in our anonymous findings. Because we can’t tell which responses are yours, we can’t find, change or delete your answers once you’ve given them.
Email [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
