Matthew Knight is the founder of Leapers, an award-winning project supporting the mental health of freelancers and the self-employed.
Leapers has supported over 250,000 freelancers through resources, community spaces, and practical guidance focused on the realities of independent work.
Self-employed since 1995, in various roles from freelance to business owner, Matthew has worked many years as an independent strategist working with businesses including Google, Accenture, Innocent, LEGO, and Klarna, alongside running multiple projects supporting freelancers and businesses who work with freelancers - through The Independency Co.
