Spend 15 minutes today giving yourself permission.
We can often be guilty of preventing ourselves from taking time off, allowing ourselves compliments, making room for self-development - or just lunch breaks.
There's probably something on your mental list of things you've been putting off, or telling yourself you probably "shouldn't" do.
Take some time today to give yourself permission and do the thing you don't always feel like you deserve, even if it it just 15 minutes to sit and have a cup of tea.
